How to Reach Us
You can reach our support team by email or phone using the contact details shown on this page, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm Eastern.
Our team can answer questions about the request form, explain how our service works, help you update or delete information you submitted, and look into suspicious messages. We usually reply within one business day. Messages sent on weekends or holidays are answered on the next business day. Please remember that we are not a lender, so we cannot see your loan balance, change a payment date or approve a loan.
What to Include in Your Message
Including your full name, the email or phone number used on your request, and a short description of your question helps us find your request and reply faster.
- Your name and the email address or phone number you entered on the request form.
- The approximate date you submitted your request.
- A clear description of your question or concern.
- The name of the lender, if your question is about a specific offer.
Never send your Social Security number, bank account number, online banking password or one-time security codes by email. We will never ask for them.
How to Update or Delete Your Data
You can ask us to correct, update or delete the information you submitted by contacting us with the email or phone number used on your request.
We will verify your identity before making changes, then confirm when your request has been completed. Lenders and partners that already received your information keep their own records under their own policies, so you may also need to contact them directly. Our privacy policy explains your choices in more detail, including how to stop marketing messages.
Report a Suspicious Contact
If someone claiming to represent us asks for an upfront fee, gift cards, a wire transfer or your banking login, stop responding and report the contact to us right away.
Send us the caller's phone number, the email address or website used, and a short summary of what was requested. You can also report fraud to the Federal Trade Commission and your state attorney general. If you shared financial details, contact your bank immediately and consider placing a fraud alert with the credit bureaus.
Complaints and Escalation
Questions about a loan's terms, payments or servicing should go first to the lender, and unresolved concerns can be submitted to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau or your state financial regulator.
The lender that issued your loan is responsible for its pricing, billing and collections, and its contact details appear in your loan agreement. If the lender does not resolve your issue, you can file a complaint with the CFPB or the agency that licenses lenders in your state. If your concern is about our service, contact us first and we will review it and respond. You can read more about our role on the about us page.
